Bar Star City's treasured trailer played at the Afrofuturism Now fest in Rotterdam, Netherlands on Sunday, Oct. 18th. The Afrofuturist Affair posted live pics from the screening. Director Ytasha L. Womack saw the Instagram posts while at Bar Star City actress and stylist Kfleye's Fashion.Art.Music Mixer in Chicago. (Which was a great event, by the way). Afrofuturism Now showcased music, film and workshops. Performers included King Britt, Mother Moor Goddess and Rasheedah Phillips who also curated the event. Looks like Bar Star City was in good company.
